I did something a little different this time around and rolled out balls for the cookies, but froze all but 2 to enjoy later. My parents graciously gifted my husband and I a convection/toaster oven for our home and I wanted to see how it baked up some cookies (perfectly, as you will see)!
If you like soft cookies, this is the recipe to use. I intentionally made this batch of cookies to eat right out of the oven and freeze the rest of the dough for later, so I baked mine a bit longer because I knew they wouldn’t be sitting out to cool. If you are planning on making these cookies all at once for later then follow the recipe to a T so they stay soft once cool!
You will need all ingredients listed below, plus 1 tsp. of vanilla (not pictured until later).
